主要负责店铺经营的计划、组织、指挥与控制。
工作地点(以此为准):
靖江
任职要求：
28-38岁，五官端正，热情开朗，吃苦耐劳，勤劳踏实；
大专及以上学历；
美容、SPA或餐饮类门店店长2年及以上工作经验；
熟悉掌握门店运营的基本技巧，善于沟通、表达能力强。
工作职责：
主持每日例会，布置当日任务；
负责门店营销计划的执行；
门店业务管理监督各项日常工作，做好人员的协调、培训等各项工作；
监督营业报表，并进行营业统计分析，及时处理错单、漏单；
及时处理客人投诉以及各种突发情况；
负责店内各项设施维修保养，物品的清点和正确使用；
完成上级交办的其他任务，对店铺人员进行定期考评，提高员工业绩。
