1.Greet incoming visitors;
2.Handle incoming calls and pass around messages;
3.Distribute fax, mails, newspapers and magazines to departments;
4.Manage the purchase and distribution of office stationary and check monthly bills;
5.Make hotel reservation, book business trip tickets and help to arrange transportation, check
monthly bills;
6. Support the management to the catering, shuttle bus, cleaning vendor, uniform cleaning service
and office plant service and etc. Including monitor the quality, help deliver the survey and make the
report, communicate and follow up the action plan.
7. Make sure the Payment requisition form correct
8. Support on other assigned administration tasks when needed.
