1. Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and

legislative requirements

2. Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements

3. Arrange the payment to supplier according to credit policy and for employee

reimbursement upon approved expense report and process in Oracle in time.

4. Responsible for intercompany confirmation and push AR receipts, transaction process

correctly in Oracle.

5. Be responsible for company deposit, loan and all related bank chores.

6. Prepare daily cash report, weekly /monthly cash flow forecast.

7. Upload bank statement and reconcile CE to GL in Oracle by period in time.

8. Deal with the import and export cancellation after verification with custom declaration

information

9. Manage Bank draft and its transaction.

10. Liaise with SAFE and other authority related to ensure the operation is full compliance with the laws and regulations.

3 Position Requirements

1． Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Accounting

2． Be familiar with Chinese GAAP and IFRS

3． Be familiar with the foreign exchange policy and banking policy

4． Over 2 years’ working experience of in multinational company.

5． Good English language both oral and written.

6． Good PC skills, e.g. MS office, ERP- Oracle software.
