任职要求/Requirement：

1， 电子、仪器仪表或相关专业本科以上学历。4~5年电子/电气相关工作经验；

Bachelor degree or above in Electronics or Electrical relevant area .More than 5 years of working experience；

2， 熟悉电源类产品，懂得电路设计电路分析，对电子元器件及电路有较深认知，熟练应用示波仪,万用表等常用分析设备；

A solid understanding of electronics engineering principles, electrical component datasheet, circuit design and analysis。Have experience using electronics testing instrument like multi-meter, oscilloscope, AC/DC power source, thermal meter… etc.

3， 认真贯彻公司相应的管理体系，相关工程文件的导入。对接客户端，对客户的诉求作收集并作处理；

Good trouble shooting skills。Proven skills in the use of engineering analysis and improvement tools(FMEA, SPC, DOE,etc) .

4， 较强配合度和服从力。语言能力；较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力。能适应出差

Logical thinking and can be working under pressure。Good verbal and written English communication skills.

5， 良好的团队合作和协调能力，较好的与人沟通能力；

职位职责/Main Responsibility：

1， 严格按客户合同要求，在规定时间内完成项目分配的任务；

strictly according to customer requirements of the contract, to complete the project assigned tasks within the specified time

2， 客退不良品及异常分析；

customer returned defective and anomaly analysis

3， 产品维修技术支持，协助维修解决难点；

Product repair technical support, assist to solve the difficulty of repair;

4， 维修现场测试机台和测试程式维护；

Repair the scene test machine and test program maintenance;

5 诊断并解决MCU/SCU/MOTOR维修过程中的各种问题，必要时同美国工程部联系使问题解决；

Various problem diagnosis and solves the MCU/SCU/MOTOR repair process, when necessary, with USA Engineering Department will solve the problem;

6 填写各种产品数据及编写技术文档；

Fill in the various product data and preparation of technical documents;

7 出差至客户端，协助客户快速解决紧急问

trips to the client, to help customers quickly solve the urgent problems

8.对已定型的产品负责对其进行技术服务和技术改进。负责公司电子、电气方面技术资料的收集、汇总、归档；

Ability to achieve improvements in maintenance manufacturing process, cost, yield, quality, etc.

9.完成领导交办的其他任务Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
