EHS

Demonstrate commitment to EHS, and implement EHS policies, procedures and legislative requirement.

Quality

Demonstrate commitment to quality, and implement quality management system and its related requirements.

Process Control

Supervise and control process, quality and operation in suitable condition.

Prepare, maintain and analyze the related quality records in order to provide quality management and take preventive action to keep process run in a statistical way.

Process Audit

Perform audit for all processes of production lines in order to monitor the process performance and follow up corrective action for continuous improvement.

Process Optimizing

Review process related doc and cooperate with production line to take improvement action in order to optimize process, improve productivity.

Training

Provide guidelines and training for all operators/Techs/Engineers.

Perform sample check and provide statistical data in order to promote statistical technique and provide support for equipment /material buyoff and new product sample building related to production, support production lines to output finish goods efficiently with low PPM.

Failure Analysis/Yield Reporting

Conduct failure analysis to remove the root cause of defect, analysis yield lost for improvement of continuously yield monitoring and reporting.

Ensure accuracy production performance information for prudent decision making of improvement.

Safety Improvement

Identify safety weakness and take preventative actions, compile related safety work instruction in order to reduce safety accident risk.

Technical support

Product/process drawing confirmation.

Process flow design.

Program coordination.

New fixtures design.

Gage calibration support.

Support line capacity improvement and lean manufacturing(layout).

Tooling coordination

In order to increase output, keep/improve product quality, etc.

Reporting

Prepare and submit monthly status reports to engineering manager.

In order to ensure awareness and update management.

1. Bachelors degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, etc.

2. At least 3years metal material related working experience in a manufacturing foreign company.

3. CET-4 / CET-6 holder, good at both of speaking and writing
