职能：了解液压密封产品性能及其相关技术，和安装问题。根据客户要求提供技术支持，及产品选型，并协助产品质量控制问题的解决。


职务/职责：

1.向销售总监报告，与其他部门和技术人员保持联系

2.为客户报价准备相应的图纸

3.产品性能计算的准备

4.对客户和内部职员进行产品知识的培训

5.解决应用领域的性能问题并研发安装技术

6.CAD系统操作

7.了解产品在客户的使用情况

8.产品知识及测试技术的与时俱进

9.协助各类展会

10.协助完成公司产品的区域推广工作

11.发展能够被销售人员使用的工程管理系统

12.协助销售团队实现市场计划中的技术要求

13.技术解决方案的成本预算

14.技术信件和邮件的回复

15.为推广产品而提供技术支持

16.在需要时要指挥和监督产品尺寸的检验
