Job description
-Master material plan and production plan base on the forecast and customer order.
-Ensure the order fulfillment and continuously improve on-time delivery performance
-Good communication with customer, to confirm the request date as well as promised date. Provide fast response towards customer request.
-Regularly provide planning data analysis to the management level.
- Work closely with sourcing, support supply chain optimization.
- Teamwork with production team, help to improve the production efficiency.
- Monitor the raw material and control the stock at the reasonable level.
- The accuracy of the data maintenance of BPCS.
- Lead and coach the planning team members and grow the team.


Job requirements
- University degree in mechanical manufacturing or relevant major
- At least five years relevant work experience in production management in a multinational company
- Good English both oral and writing
- Good computer skill.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good leadership and positive attitude.
- Strong learning ability and execution ability, well implement the action plan.
