- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Localization Engineer国产化工程师

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsibility for localization of single parts & assemblies on Chinese market under process and schedule consideration

1. Responsibility for localization of single parts & assemblies on Chinese market under process and schedule consideration

2. Supplier consulting and development

3. Setting, following and control of technical requirements

4. Push and follow up localization process incl. reporting

5. Test arrangement, result analysis and preparation of release documents

6. Internal technical consulting for SP, Manufacturing and Quality

7. Close and frequent cooperation, communication with other Siemens locations worldwide (especially Germany)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Knowledge about mechanical design, manufacturing and material technologies

1. At least 3 years work experiences in engineering or manufacturing

2. Experience in the sector of designing or configuration of medium voltage switchgears

3. Localization projects experience preferred

4. Skill in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)

5. SAP skills are preferred

6. Candidates with experience by working in international project preferred

7. Fluent written and verbal English skills required

8. German skills as benefit

- Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
