Sandvik in Wuxi is seeking for a Maintenance Engineer

The position would directly report to Maintenance Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

· Assist Manager to achieve yearly department objective协助经理达成部门的年度目标

· Execute the maintenance of the machines, equipment and infrastructures according to the preventive maintenance plan and assignment by Maintenance and Services Manager in order to minimum the machine downtime 按照预防维修方案和经理的安排实施设备设施的维护保养，最大程度降低机器停机时间

· Assist Manager to draft the maintenance instruction and preventive maintenance plan of the machines 协助经理起草设备的维修说明，制定预防维修方案

· Assist the Manager to draft the spare parts requirements plan 协助经理制定备品备件需求计划

· Participate the installation of machines and equipment in order to ensure the time schedule for the installation 参与设备设施的安装，确保安装进度符合既定要求

· Execute the maintenance training to the shift technicians in order to improve their competence 负责翻班技术员的维修培训，以便提升其工作技能

· Manage the shift technicians in order to achieve personal performance 负责翻班技术员的日常管理及其个人绩效指标的达成

· Familiar with installation and maintenance of powder metallurgy press (presses), sintering furnaces and related machine 熟悉粉末冶金压机，烧结炉及相关设备的安装维护

· Implement all the jobs that Manager assigns, Know-how of trouble shooting, Strong Problem solving skills 完成经理安排的各项工作，具备较强的问题发现与解决能力

Your profile:

· College’s degree with related majors 相关专业大专及以上学历

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance 5年以上机械及电气维修工作经验

· Have team work spirit, organizational capability and good communication skills 具备团队精神，组织能力和良好沟通能力

· Problem solving, negotiation and persuasion skills 具备一定的问题解决，协商及说服能力

· Mastery of English language (reading, speaking & writing) 良好的英语水平

· Special equipment operation License is preferred 持有特种设备作业证书者优先

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
