Position: LED Lighting R&D Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formation and training of R&D team and establishing the laboratories;
2. Lead the R&D team focus on LED Lighting products’ application design;
3. Responsible for complex luminaries architecture design and give innovative ideas for product development;
4. Responsible for the implementation of New Product Development policy to ensure the standardization throughout the whole process;
5. Manage project schedules, resource assignment, project/product costing;
6. Keep up to date on new updates regarding change affecting lighting lamps and fixtures (rules, regulation and technologies);
7. Coordinate with Global Technical Director on defining product roadmap and R&D strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Master+ degree in optoelectronics related Major, strong knowledge background of LED lighting development;
2. Minimum 10 years experience in LED Lighting research and development, preferably good at outdoors products;
3. Must be experienced in LED technology, lighting design, electrical power circuit design, lighting controls application, optics, heat management, etc;
4. Familiarity with international lighting, electric, electronics regulatory and safety requirements;
5. High level management philosophy and communication skills;
6. Strong oral and written English skills.


岗位：LED照明研发部经理
主要职责：
1. 负责组建研发团队，设立研发实验室；
2. 领导研发团队针对产品应用层面的开发；
3. 负责照明灯具产品整体构造研发，为新产品开发注入创新思维；
4. 负责完善新产品开发流程，保证整个研发阶段的标准化程度；
5. 项目进度管理，资源分配，控制项目成本；
6. 跟进最新LED照明技术，法规的变化并以此作为产品改良的依据；
7. 协助全球技术总监定义产品路线及研发策略。

任职要求：
1. 光电类相关专业硕士以上学历，较强的LED照明开发知识背景；
2. 至少10年以上LED照明相关研发经验，拥有室外产品经验尤佳；
3. 丰富的LED照明设计，电源电路设计，照明控制应用，光学设计及散热结构设计等相关经验；
4. 熟悉国际照明，电气，电子标准及安全规范；
5. 高层次管理理念及沟通技巧；
6. 良好的英语表达及书写能力。
