职位描述：

1.In charge of the customer complain handling.

2.Lead analysis of defect data and resolution and maintain records Quick responses to customer quality complaints.

3.Track and manage customer complaints. Maintain customer NCR system, ensure the root cause is identified correctly and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

4.Customer spare parts management.

岗位要求：

1.Junior college above ,major in Mechanical related.

2.Over 5 years of mechanical processing and manufacturing related experience and 3 years above of quality management experience.

3.Related quality on experience, including CS, SP, 8D management,

4.Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Machining, Welding, Assembly.

5.Knowledge of quality system, 8D/RCA, and other quality toolboxes

6.Good communication and problem solving skill, and flexibility of personality

7.Fluent in oral and written English.

8.Experienced with Fourth shift or SAP system.
