Job Description:

1.According to product drawing requirements,estimate the strip material size and proposal the feeding pitch length and tool size, discuss with customer for layout design and support sales quotation of tooling or stamping parts.

依据产品图纸和客户的技术要求，评估模具步距和条料的尺寸规格，依据客户要求设计排样。支持销售部门做模具或冲压件报价。

2.According to project plan,responsible for design new tooling based on product drawing and customer technical requirements.

依据项目计划，负责把客户及产品图纸的各项技术要求落实到模具设计中，并及时完成。

3.Providing technical support to solve tooling problems during the process of fabrication, tooling assembly and tooling debugging .

提供技术支持，解决模具加工，装配和调试过程中遇到的各种问题。

4.According to IOS and TS requirements,complete the relevant design date and documents on line .

按照ISO 和TS 文件要求，完成有关设计资料和文件归档。

5.Help and make sure tooling supply understand tooling design key points and review the inspection report of key dimensions.

帮助并确保模具供应商，理解模具设计的关键要点，并审查关键尺寸的检验报告。

Requirements:

1.College degree or above,have the knowledge of the mechanical aspects and precision engineering professional background

大专以上学历，具有机械方面相关知识和精密工程专业背景。

2.At least 5 years working experience in stamping industry and 3 years experience in auto industry stamping tooling design experience , deep draw die , flange and thick material (3—10mm) stamping die design experience is preferable.

至少5年冲压行业工作经验，3年以上汽车行业冲压模具设计经验， 具有拉深模具，法兰冲压模具，或厚料(3—10毫米)冲压模具设计经验优先。

3.Familiar with tooling fabrication processing,with a new tooling debugging ability .

熟悉模具零件加工工艺， 具有模具调试和解决冲压现场问题的能力。

4.Skilled use of AutoCAD and ProE or UG,new product feasibility evaluation ability .

熟练使用AutoCAD 和ProE 或UG软件，具有新产品前期评估分析能力。

5.Basic English communication skills for technical discussion . working experience in foreign company is preferable .

能够用英文进行技术方面的基本交流和沟通。有外企工作经验者优先。
