Job Responsibility 岗位描述:

- Responsible for monitoring production objectives (OEE, scrap, capacity utilization, personnel)

- Responsible for the monitoring planning of the department (volume, personnel,scrap target) and communicates targets with management and department

- Responsible for improvements through the Kaizen process

- Responsible for the monitoring of the department (tooling cost, improvement savings, utility cost, G/L personal) and communicates targets with management and department
- Responsible for the implementation of the Kaizen process
- Responsible for machine/ process optimization, plan and deliver scheduled production on time and at highest quality

- Monitor and preapre process documents (PFMEA, Flowcharts, Error-proofing plan, WI, Training documents) for new equipment

- Supervise and prepare manufacturing concepts and evaluate production costs (Invest for machines, Utilization rate, tooling cost, personnel requirements)

- Responsible maintenance tooling plan, tooling project follow up, timely and effective communication with Sweden.

- Tooling spare parts management, maintaining safety stock while saving costs. Tooling supplier effective control.

- Suppoert sales, research quoted in the tooing program, calculated cost of the tooling

- Continous improve the tooling of production, improve efficiency and quality.

- Plan, coordinate and control personnel developmen

Requirement 岗位要求：
- University degree, engineering/mechanical background,good knowledge of stamping process prefered;
- At least 5 year experience of management in mold precision stamping manufacture and maintenance

- At least 3 years tooling or stampling production department manager or work experience
- Experience in managing maintenance teams is an advantage
- Excellent English in speaking and written, strong knowledge on production management.
