Job Responsibility:

1.Manage the RPPM to reach objective by continually identifying opportunity for improvement

2.Communicate with customers to quickly respond with proper containment actions

3.Coordinate the product return as well repairing in time as customer requested date

4.Coordinate related departments to organize meeting for root cause analysis and create corrective& preventive actions

5.Follow up the progress of corrective & preventive actions till being closed effectively

6.Lead regular quality meeting to review and promote the claims to be closed in time

7.Optimize the process of customer claims handling to be standardized

8.Coordinate related departments to conduct customer audit

9.Initiate the survey of customer satisfaction to identify improvement opportunity as well launch proactive improvement activities

10. Drive internal process improvement with customer oriented approach

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.

2. At least 5 years experience of customer quality claims handling .

3. Strong analysis ability of quality problem

4. Good communication skills with external & internal customers

5. Familiar with ISO 9000 or TS 16949 standards .

6. Proficient in quality tools : PPAP ,FMEA ,SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.

7. Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D,5WHY,DOE etc.

8. Any experience of sigma will be preferred

9. Proactive & positive thinking/working style

10. Good English communication skills ;Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred .

11. Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
