Profile
Welding is our core business. AWL carries out a whole range of welding techniques and also cold formed jointing.
As welding engineer you are responsible for consulting, guiding and machine setting for realizing the necessary process quality of the machine. You prepare with the starting points of a project, as cycle time, dimensional quality and welding quality, the specification for the welding process. In this you should define the method and parametric for the welding process. In the end-stage of project the process optimization should be done to get the right quality in the machine. In this stage you work on getting the right parametric and adjustment in the machine, so the customer can start his production. You are also responsible for a clear and correct documentation of the process data. You have strong analytical skills which will help you in solving technical problems. You will be involved in our global projects with focus on the Chinese market.

Job requirements
M.Sc. or BA degree in Mechanics is a plus
Preferably several years experience in the relevant fields, but less experience is not a show-stopper
Educated and experienced in Robot welding technology, especially in laser welding
Affinity with machine building
Fluent in Chinese and English
Residence in China
