Job Description:

1.Manage, motivate and evaluate staffs in contract order team;

2.Drive performance improvements for the team, continuously improve contract order process and tools;

3.Be part of the team and work partly as contract order project manager of the process from order to delivery of customer-specific heat exchange projects, primarily ASME, Nuclear, offshore and chemical processing;

4.Contract review and approval of customer technical specifications;

5.Cost analysis and quotation support;

6.Manage contacts with international suppliers, local and international customers, NSA/ASME and other government officials;

7.Manage orders effectively through production, which means thorough contract review, order management, design, planning and material management and production of documentation so as to meet the needs of customers;

8.When necessary attend Kick off and bid clarification meetings to start with in China and later also in other parts of Asia;

9.Develop order documentation, working procedures, instructions related to contract orders.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree, with above 5 years related working experience preferably in ASME field in foreign manufacturing enterprise, with experience in project management, engineering mechanics model and calculation;

2.Good oral and written English, good knowledge in NB/T47004, with fair knowledge and operation on ERP;

3.Master degree in mechanical engineering, Nuclear industry field experience, FEM and good knowledge in ASME III or RCC-M will be a plus.
