Responsibilities:
1.Develop supplier quality management system as per management directives;
2.Be responsible for the first article inspection of new purchased items and
release the parts to production;
3.Monitor Supplier Quality Performance (SPM) and drive for continuous improvement.
Carrying out supplier audit and coaching;
4.Drive suppliers for corrective actions and monitor the CA effectiveness;
5.Work with PQE and technical engineers to verify fail component and feedback
information to supplier for immediate actions;
6.Support Production department daily production and get nonconforming materials
resolved timely for line down case;
7.Supporting buyer for nonconforming materials return to supplier.(Explain technical
related to supplier for the acknowledge and acceptance for the return);
8.Conduct regular Supplier Quality Performance Rating/Review and initiate action
plan towards improvement opportunity;
9.Maintain quality system for supplier quality assurance related.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree;
2.Electronic and electronics related;
3.5 year PCBA manufacturing quality experience above;
4.Ability to listen, speak, read and write in English & mandarin;
skillful,familiar with computer and office software;
5.Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills;
6.Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement
a strategy to ensure compliance.
7.Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement
methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes;
8.Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence
others to drive change.
9.Familiar with quality tools such as QC tools, six sigma methodology.
