Job description:
- To set up and optimize sourcing, procurement and purchasing process
- To take the lead in negotiating the agreements with the suppliers, maximize the use of frame agreements
- To place and follow up with PO, implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times to minimize the total cost of purchases.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives, maximize suppliers and import agent’s performance
- Analyze the suppliers’ proposals: price, safety, quality, reliability, ability of a supplier to support the business in its development
- Evaluate current and potential suppliers, make recommendations on supplier selection, identify new suppliers based on business requirements
- Work closely with the BD and Sales to support the company’s business plan, handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes.
- Take the lead in managing the quality claims to suppliers, ensure appropriate compensation is in place and protect company benefits
- Establish and maintain rapport with all levels of supplier personnel and internal customers.
- Build rapport with group purchasing, gain their support in global agreement execution when necessary
- Lead internal and external spend analysis (industry & supplier)
- Ensure transformation of negotiated savings in P&L, and takes action against savings value
- Notify any penalty, long-term commitment, barriers to supplier switching to the HHC Manager.
- Manage the registration of medical devices with SFDA or other relevant bureaus

Requirement
- At least 5 years experience in procurement with a mid to large size international company. Within medical equipment area is preferred.
- Proactive and Analytical abilities
- Fluently English both in oral and writing
- Bachelor degree or above
