1.To lead and responsible for Process Engineeing & Improvement activities.

2.Implement robust test technology transfer methodology to ensure early detection and solution of key technical issue

3.To support production to achieving the company top down targets..

4.To provide technical support in the implementation of process control & improvement.
5.Develop engineering capabilities that enable OSRAM Wuxi to be technically self sufficient in testing engineering activities.
6.Support process improvement on Yield, Cost and Quality
7.Provide support for key projects which related with assembly process / equipment and test equipment engineering.
