Position title: Material Supervisor

Reports to: MP&L Manager

Key Responsibilities: 主要职责

1. Warehouse daily operation handling 仓库日常运作掌控

1.1 People management of warehouse Operator;
1.2 daily warehouse operation audit ;
1.3 daily 5S audit
1.1 仓库员工日常人员管理
1.2 日常仓库运作监控
1.3 日常5S监控

2. Warehouse material in/out/storage Process set up, Implementation and execution
仓库的物料 进/出/存 流程的建立，导入 和执行

2.1 Warehouse Receive/Shipment/Storage process and WI set up
2.2 Warehouse Receive/Shipment/Storage Process implement and execution, new OP Training
2.3 Warehouse Receive/Shipment/Storage Process execution monitor and Continues improvement
2.1 仓库 收货/发货/存储流程建立
2.2 仓库收货/发货/存储流程的导入和执行，新员工培训
2.3 仓库收货/发货/存储流程的执行情况跟踪和持续改进

3 ．Outside warehouse management 外仓管理

3.1 Support MP&L Manager set up outside warehouse(include outsourcing warehouse and 3^rd party warehouse)
3.2 Monitor outside warehouse in/out data and ensure outside warehouse accuracy >=99.5%
3.3 Outside warehouse daily operation monitor and weekly audit
3.1 协助MP&L经理建立外仓（包括外包仓库和第三方仓库）
3.2 监控外仓的进出帐数据确保外仓准确率大于等于 99.5%
3.3 外仓的日常运作的监控管理和每周的审核

4．FIFO Management先进先出管理

4.1 Familiar with Automotive FIFO Concept
4.2 Experienced Automotive FIFO management skill
4.3 Have experience of building up FIFO system is preferred
4.1 熟悉汽车行业的先进先出管理概念
4.2 有丰富的汽车行业先进先出管理经验
4.3 有建立先进先出体系者优先

5．Have basic finance knowledge财务帐务基础知识

5.1 Have basic finance knowledge
5.2 Have experience to work closely with Finance on cycle count and accounts analysis on transactions
5.1 有基础财务知识
5.2 在盘点对仗和套账/系统交易分析和财务密切合作的经历

6. Re-cycle box management周转箱管理

6.1 Have Re-cycle box management experience
6.2 Have experience on build up Re-cycle box system is a prefer
6.1 有周转箱管理经验
6.2 周转箱管理体系建立者优先

7. Have System Implement experience系统导入经验

7.1 Have MRP/Warehouse management system implement experience is a prefer
7.1 有MRP/仓库管理系统导入经验者优先

8. Forklift driving license 有叉车驾驶证
8.1 Can drive forklift and have forklift driving license
8.1 有叉车驾驶证并可以驾驶叉车

Education / Experience:
. Junior college
. Over 6 years warehouse management experience
. Over 4 years warehouse people management experience
. Experienced warehouse FIFO/process set up
. Knowledge of MRP and warehouse management system
. Write and read English, speak simple English
. Good excel skills
. Automotive working experience is a prefer
