Description of the job activities工作内容描述
part one: Plan for Prodcution
第一部分：生产计划
1. Set up the monthly master production schedule (MPS) for the whole production system
为整个生产建立主生产计划
2. As part of the PMC team you will be responsible to partly prepare the weekly planning to ensure that the production schedule is reasonable and achievable. This also includes the planning for the delivery to the external manufacturer.
作为PMC团队的一员，负责部分周计划以确保生产安排的合理和可实现。同时也包括外包的发货计划。
3. Quickly respond to market changes and reschedule the production plan.
根据市场变化迅速反馈并调整生产计划。
4. Control the execution of the production plan for all the product lines and follow up the production on time delivery (OTD)
控制所有生产线的生产计划的执行，跟踪产品的的及时交付
5. Responsibility to achieve the target for the inventory level which has to be set up in collaboration with the production, logistics and sales department
负责与生产，物流和销售部门的合作以达成库存水平指标
6. Control the interface to the internal logistics team as it will be an important source of information concerning the actual status of the production and in order to support a smooth material flow
跟内部物流团队接口，以便了解生产的实际情况，支持物料的平稳流转
7. Work with production, sales, quality, logistic and engineering department to solve any delivery related issues
跟生产，销售，质量，物流和工程部门一起配合解决任何有关发货的问题。
8. Responsible for weekly and monthly WIP stocktaking and check the deviation of the monthly yield report.
负责每周和每月的在制品盘点，检查月度产量的偏差。
9. Responsibility to issue the plan for middle ring and forging die to match the production demand
负责制定中间环和锻压模具的计划以满足生产需要
10. Support project task such as the implementation of a lean production planning and control method.

Part two： Plan for Material (possible job enlargement for the future)

1. Responsible for the planning of direct materials according to production plan.
根据生产计划负责直接材料计划。
2. Follow up the material delivery from the vendor and ensure continuous supply in order to meet production schedule.
跟踪供应商的物料配送以确保连续供货已满足生产需求。
3. Responsible for inventory management to meet the target inventory level.
负责库存管理已满足库存水平指标
4. Coordinate and support the continuous improvement concerning on time delivery and quality problems of pre-material.
协调和支持关于按时交货和前道材料质量问题方面的持续改进
5. Responsible to maintain BOM & material code to ensure data accuracy.
负责维护BOM和材料编码以确保数据准确


Qualification Requirement 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or comparable studies with focus on mechanical engineering or production and logistics, master degree preferred
本科学历，工业工程专业或其它相类似的学科侧重于机械工程或生产物流方面的学习，研究生学历优先
2. Must have 2 to 3 Years related working experience
必须有2-3年相关的工作经验
3. Knowledge and first practical experience in the field of lean production (green belt preferred)
在精益生产方面具有理论和实践经验 （蓝带优先）
4. Ability to communicate and work in a team
能够在团队中有效沟通和工作
5. Independent and pro-active way of working
工作独立和主动性强
6. Coordinate work in a structure and efficient way
能够以有组织计划性和有效率的方式进行协调工作
7. Sense of urgency and responsibility
有工作紧迫感和责任心
8. Business fluent English in speaking and writing as it will be necessary in daily business
英语读写流利，能够用英语作为工作语言
9. Professional skills in Microsoft Office
