Mission:

-- Responsible for the management of P1 projects according to the Valeo CIP; Quality, Cost, Timing and Gross Margin objectives

-- The functional manager for all project team members

-- Represent the project to the divisional direction team

-- Primary customer contact for all project communications except commercial

Responsibilities:

- Lead the project teams and/or team members according to the required project activities

- Maintain all project files according to standards

- Assist in defining and evaluating PTM personal objectives according to the annual appraisal process

- Make continuous improvement in project teams and daily work through the suggestion program

Support all transversal activities such as V1000, V5000, customer quality systems and independent quality systems (ISO, TS, etc.)

- Other jobs profiles referred to tasks assigned by N+1 manager.

Qualfications:

- Fluency in English is essential.

- 2 to 3 years of experience as Project Manager or 5 years of experience in an industrial managerial position

Working experience on sensors and actuators used for diesel or gasoline engines is plus

- Education/Training in engineering preferably on Engine System or mechanical design on sensors and actuators used for diesel or gasoline engines

- Problem solving skills and communication skills

- Good team player
