Mechanical Leader 机修主管（惠山区必达福）

Primary Responsibility: 主要工作

1. Establish the guidance brochure of new machine maintenance;

制订新设备的维修手册；

2. Organize and supervise the maintenance of all mechanical equipment;

负责管理所有设备维修；

3. Apply for the purchasing of mechanical parts to ensure the minimum inventory and ensure safety stock from external;

申请机械备件,确保最小的库存量和确保进口备件的安全库存；

4. Solve sophisticate mechanical problems by communicating with headquarters, summarize the findings, put forward the improvement suggestions and share them with subordinates;

与总部沟通，解决设备维修疑难问题；整理维修技巧，提供改进建议，与下属分享维修经验；

5. Coordinate the professional company and headquarters to improve machine capability;

协助设备供应商和集团总部提高设备机械性能；

6. Train subordinates to improve their skills;

培训下属不断提高其工作技能；

7. Other tasks by supervisor,GM.

完成上级主管及总经理下达的任务。

Requirement:胜任资格

1. At least 8 years related working experience,experience in mechanical area is a must;

至少8年以上相关工作经验，必须具备纺织机械领域工作经验；

2. College or above or, proven skills by long years of experience;

大专及以上或者被证实具备多年的经验；
3. Be able to read and write simple English (Preferred);

会简单英语读写优先；

4. Be good at MS office;
熟悉Office软件；
5. Good team work spirit and customer service and communication skills,TPM skills etc;
良好的团队合作能力及客户服务意识,具有较强的沟通能力,全员生产效率维护技能等；

6. Deep Mechanical knowledge;Lathe, sawing, welding machine operation skills;Familiar carding Line set up and safety procedures;Knowledge in textile machinery(Preferred)
资深的机械知识，熟悉车床，电锯、电焊操作，梳理线安装和安全规程，懂纺织机械常识优先。
