Responsible:

1. Support the manufacturing & financial cut off on correcting errors, inventory adjustment & and the good movement error.

2. Work closely with the SCM & Production to finding the errors happened in case of Automatic Goods Movements like GI, GR etc.

3. Post processing of goods movement in case of unavailability of stock for carrying out GI, GR.

4. Collaborate with operators, engineers and IT Personnel in troubleshooting issues between the MES and ERP System.

5. Monitor and troubleshooting the errors recorded on log table and analyze the error log, then re-submit, inventory adjustment, correction on every transaction

6. Rollback history transaction, PL20 & PL21 inventory adjustment, FG receiving table deletion, COGI (Material consumption error), Operation Confirmation, and ZPP_IFLOG.

7. Improvement of the handling on COGI

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Information Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in SAP COGI, Inventory adjustment, Good Movement.

3. Experience in Business Warehouse (BW) Reporting Designer knowledge will be an advantage.

4. Experience of SAP system and transaction code used in SAP system.

5. Hands-on work experience with SAP system on COGI.

6. Understanding of basic computer hardware functions, Microsoft Windows 2008 R2, and related IT infrastructure to effectively troubleshoot issues relating to the MES system

7. Experience with Data Mining, Mass data upload, database design, VBA Programming knowledge

8. Experience implementing User Requirements through ongoing continuous improvement of the handling COGI and interface between MES and SAP.

9. Experience in manufacturing knowledge will be an advantage.

10. Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and applications used in manufacturing.
