Responsible:
1. Create, maintain, and support MES process flow and bill of materials configurations used in critical, day-to-day manufacturing processes.
2. Support and troubleshoot MES issues on the production floor encountered by production floor operators and manufacturing engineers.
3. Provide leadership and assistance in MES upgrades which includes system testing, documentation changes, and hyper-care support of new MES releases.
4. Provide individual training plan, development and coaching/guidance for new MES engineer/technician.
5. Collaborate and interface with various global site representatives on MES infrastructure deployment, configuration and standardization
6. Proactively report on project progress against schedule
7. Define functional requirements through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping.

Requirements:
1. University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems.
3. Experience in equipment automation will be an advantage.
4. Understanding of basic computer hardware functions, Microsoft Windows 2008 R2, and related IT infrastructure to effectively troubleshoot issues relating to the MES system.
5. Experience implementing User Requirements through ongoing continuous improvement of the MES.
