1, To be the supplier quality representative for a certain product/project team to ensure all supplier quality activities inside product/project scope be implemented and maintained properly in line with =S= quality directives;

2. To provide supplier quality expertise to ensure that supplier quality is fully integrated into the product/project transferring or launching process inside Schneider.

3. Conduct supplier quality improvement activities. To align with Schneider quality policy.

4. Secure upstream supplying quality to make sure that internal production running well.

5. Conduct PPEP approach to verify the quality level for new part systematically.

6. Develop positive relationships and work closely with Global Sourcing team or commodity team to manage and implement supplier/engineering changes.

7. Lead supplier compliance to Schneider SPS and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process.

1，Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of site level products & related processes;

2，Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change;

3，Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy to ensure compliance;

4，Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills;

5，Familiar with quality tools such as QC tools, six sigma methodology;

6，Ability to listen, speak, read and write in English & mandarin; skillfully, familiar with computer and office software;
