Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve process procedures, and follow execution of the procedures.

2. Establish standard working instruction

3. Establish standard working hours.

4. Establish other production documents including production records/check lists.

5. Implement training for boat production department

6. Communicate with Quality and Technology department to make sure good quality and correct drawings, etc.

7. Solve daily quality issues, deal with unqualified product and coordinate with Quality Department.

8. Develop and update BOM.

9. Be involved into new product, new process and test projects.

10. Work on TPM with Maintenance Department.

11. Support 5S, Lean and other improvement projects.

Key Requirements:

1. Junior college or above, mechanical or related background.

2. Familiar with CAD, good at establishing procedures.

3. More than 3 years of working experience in related industry.

4. Good at written of English language. Good at spoken English is preferred.

5. Strong team work sprit and good communication skills.

6. High personal integrity and commitment to ethical behavior.
