JD:
1. Facilitate the product launching and work closely with customer (Design centers).
2. Keep updated with production/Engineering/QA of new products from project planning to its mass production.
3. Evaluate the products review given by the customers.
4. Ensure that product schedules are followed during its development.
5. Work closely with other department from Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Planning and others.
6. Work with other team who are involved in product development.
7. Negotiate with machines and raw components suppliers to meet the company and customer’s expectations.
8. Make project cost estimates including the resources, capital and other requirements to make the project successful.
9. Conduct meetings with operation team for continual improvement.
10. Capable of leading team in problem solving
Requirement:
1. Candidate possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s):NPI, Qualification, Leadership, Customer dealing & Assembly Processes
3. Required language(s):Chinese, English (Fluent in both Written & spoken)
4. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Preferably specializing in NPI, Qualification, Package Development, R&D, Process Engineering or equivalent.
