PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
个人能力描述
1) Degree in an Engineering Discipline
相关工程专业学位；
2) Good knowledge of problem solving tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, etc.
熟知SPC, DOE, FMEA等方面的专业知识；
3) Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, QS9000 or TS16949, etc.
熟知ISO9001, QS9000 或TS16949等质量管理体系；
4) Able to communicate in English
能用英文进行交流；
5) Minimum 5 years Quality experience in fastener field
至少在紧固件行业5年质量方面工作经验；
6) Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment dealing with metallurgy issues such as heat treatment, plating, etc.
至少3年从事金属处理加工，如热处理，电镀等等的生产环境；
7) Good communication skills and a team player
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
职责范围
1) Provide technical support to customer and sales on quality issues, investigating problems and identifying their root cause and taking corrective actions.
为客户和销售提供技术支持，调查分析问题的根源，并采取措施解决；
2) Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials supplied
跟供应商积极配合，确保供应材料的质量；
3) Conduct audits at suppliers locations together with purchasing to quality new suppliers and to assess existing supplier performance.
同采购部门一起至新供应商处进行审核，同时对现有供应商的等级进行考核；
4) Manage customer visits and audits and certification body audits
管理客户来访，客户审核和认证机构等；
5) Writing of various quality reports for customer complaints
对于客户的种种投诉，提供质量报告；
6) Participating in various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving quality levels
参与多种针对提高质量水平的持续改进方案
7) Develop and implement policy and procedures to support a quality management system
开发并执行质量管理体系相关政策和程序
8) Perform various mechanical and visual inspection of semi-finished and finished products to ensure that they meet with customer quality specification
对半成品和成品进行检验，确保满足客户需求；
9) Operate various inspection equipment
负责检验设备的操作和管理，负责客户验货事宜；
10) Update various quality inspection records
更新各种质量检验的记录；
