职位描述
- To analyze the bidding document and contract on technical and commercial aspects;
- To validate the contract review with Sales Engineer subject to the approval of Commercial director;
- To input the contract information into system and make project order;
- To define the invoicing schedule as per contract;
- To establish the technical definition and scope of supply;
- To define the project schedule and update in time based on customer’s request;
- To mail to customer: drawings and diagram for approval;
- Be responsible for administrative documents (acknowledgment of order, bonds, invoices);
- To Manage the daily relationship with the customer and improve customer satisfactions;
- To check the production situation based on delivery time;
- To co-ordinate with Logistics Dept for the transportation;
- To make the reception in factory for customer’s checking and inspecting relevant projects;
- To order the after sales service;
- To use of ALSTOM tools to deal with customer’s request and complaints during contract handling;
- Be responsible for cash collection and make cash forecast and submit the overdue reason and action plan;
- To abide by safety regulations and take care of self’s safety and health condition on business trip to prevent any accident and harm happening;
- To abide by the Internal Rules of WHD for daily behavior and continuously improve self’s contract handling skills and general ability to be competent for the position;
- Other relevant contract handling tasks by Contract handling supervisor or dept. manager.


任职要求
- University degree with technical engineering background;
- Involvement in electricity is a must;
- Understanding of commercial, legal and financial rules;
- Good computer skills and English skills;
- More than 3 years experience in project management or contract handling field;
- Understand products structure and performance in T&D area;
- Relevant working experience in foreign invested company;
- Good behaviour (willingness, curiousness in new thing, active etc);
- Qualification in communication and coordination;
- Good personal skill is a plus etc.
