Job Responsibility:

Planning and Budgeting

(i) Prepare administration related budget; prepare admin related plan such as shuttle bus and facilities etc. in order to meet site Admin objectives and support company business needs.

(ii) Check and control all admin cost in order to meet the budget requirement.

People Management and Development

Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance

Policies and Procedures

Check and update admin related policies and procedures according to corporate and company requirement in order to ensure the policies and procedures are implemented and well maintained.

Administration Affairs

Supervise and monitor daily administration affairs (i.e. company car/shuttle bus management, canteen, Dorm. cleaning service, office telephone application, etc.) in order to provide efficient administration services to employees. Coordination with external vendors / internal departments, etc; responsible of admin audit in order to meet audit requirement.

Employee Emergency Management

Communicate and coordinate with police station in dealing with employee traffic accident and other employee safety issues.

Reception

Monitor and facilitate the arrangement of VP/VIPV visits, customer visits and big events in order to provide satisfied services (such as Visa, dormitory and hotel booking, etc.)

Cultural and Activities

Prepare company's annual cultural and activities plan, organize cultural and activities and improve employee engagement.

Education, Technical Qualification& Experience

College degree

At least 3 years admin work experience

Personal Attributes & Competencies

Strong communication skills, customer oriented, cost sensitivity
