负责工厂设备和设施的改进和项目支持（机械方面），生产设备的备件管理，给维修部门提供维护技术支持。

建立设备预防性维护、大修维护计划和设备维护SOP

管理和更新设备设施的机械图纸和设备操作SOP。

建立和优化机械备件的管理, 关注备件储备水平，确保关键备件满足维护需求。

指导和评估机械维护人员

确保工作区域的安全和清洁

- College degree and at least 5 years of experience in the mechanical area;

- He/she anticipates on problem solving (sees them as much as possible before they actually happen). He/she is very strict in the implementation of procedures and conveys this attitude to his/her subordinates.

- Analyses maintenance data, sees deviations and looks for causes. Offer suggestions for improvement.

- He/she creates an environment of open communication and therefore listens to his/her people and responds to their

opinions and suggestions and act upon them.

- Familiar with hydraulic pressure and pneumatic, expertly using Auto CAD.

- Familiar with TPM concept

- Basically oral and writing English.
