工作内容:

1.
Provides strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and
post-sales services and support to clients/customers.

2. Manages the activities of the team and is
responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance
management of the staff.

3. Manages all facets of customer retention including
participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and
developing a customer contact strategy.

4. Analyzes operational processes, escalation
procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying
opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the
customer/clients.

5. Develops customer service department procedures.
Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order
processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing
inquiries. Reviews warranty claims.

任职资格:

◆Education
background:

- Bachelor

- English Major ( CET4 at least). Good oral and
written English skills.

◆Training:

- Good at Office software，It will be a plus if one has experience in Oracle。

◆Experience:

- At least 5 years working experience in customer
service.

◆Skills:

- Good at communication.

- Honest and responsible.
Careful and caution. Having patience and good at learning new skills.
