职位描述
1.It is the responsibility of the Senior Maintenance Engineer (Sr. ME) to lead, plan, initiate, monitor and coordinate for existing and/or new manufacturing equipment location/installation/maintenance activities.
2.Equipment capability assessment. Sr.ME must be able to carry out equipment capability assessment for all the equipment based on customer requirement.
3.Plan and budget for the procurement of necessary spare parts.
4.Build up a supplier’s network to ensure all the necessary external assists are in place for smooth operation.
5.Identify and plan for equipment related skill development of all the maintenance engineers, maintenance technicians and process technicians.
6.Generate machine performance monitoring reports on a regular basis as required by supervisor.
7.Drive for continuous machine performance improvement through data analysis and engineering evaluation.
职位要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics preferred. Bachelor Degree of other discipline with relevant working experience would be considered too.
2.5 years and/or above SMT experience preferred. Knowledge on MPM, YAMAHA, HELLER and Universal equipment will be an added advantage.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4.Fluent written and oral English.Computer literate
