1、Use IE methods to improve productivity by add ,reduce, separate and combine motions of process, cut down non-value motion.

2、Use motion study and observation to create standard time.

3、Improve production line and work station to reduce WIP ,improve material flow .Reduce bottle neck and non-balance.

4、Use IE and lean manufacture methods to find out every kinds of waste and monitoring the improvement of every department, and tracking the result and setup a system for cost reduction.

5、Base production volume forecast to evaluate the capacity of equipment, tooling and fixture.

6、Setup and maintain H/C system, deliver H/C requirement to production line base on volume forecast

岗位要求：

1、University or diploma degree in IE or Bachelor degree above in electronics or machinery

2、Minimum 5 years experience in IE field

3、Good communication and IE field

4、Well computer skill

5、Good written and spoken English

6、Familiar with Auto CAD & MS-Office
