任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历，机械、汽车专业；

2、三年以上门盖及附件工作经历，有门盖系统质量问题的解决经验；

3、熟悉汽车构造，熟悉门盖系统的典型结构，了解与门盖配合的相关系统；

4、能够独立进行门盖结构设计，并具备门盖系统质量问题的解决能力；

5、熟悉门盖系统相关试验要求，熟悉门盖系统的安装调整要求；

6、熟练运用catia 、auto-CAD等软件；

主要工作内容：

1、承担门盖系统零部件的研发工作；
2、量产车型现场质量问题解决，售后质量问题支持；

3、新开发项目launch支持、试制生产项目现场支持；
