RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning Control Management
– Preparation the Production Plan, Purchasing Plan and Forecast of API and FG according to the sales plans.
– Ensure stock of materials and finished products meet the needs of production and sales.
– Control inventory at reasonable level
Supply Management
– Direct the supply of local market in a timely manner
– Work closely with local business and global team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
– Familiar with the import/export issue and ensure the goods can pass the customs clearance and shipped in time.
Purchasing Management
– Ensure reliable, high quality materials supply to meet site production requirements.
– Supervise purchasing activities to ensure prices paid for goods and services purchased on behalf of Pfizer are fair and reasonable while compliance with Pfizer global policy.
– Capture savings opportunity by taking net work advantage.
– Cooperate with Quality and EHS team to evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure suppliers align with Pfizer standard.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above and relevant major of management of Material Management
2. At least five years manufacturing management experience and be familiar with SFDA and pharmaceuticals manufacturing regulation.
3. Good communication skill.
4. Be good at listening, writing and reading in English.
5. Computer skill, SAP experience is preferred.
6. Strong sense of responsibility.
7. The ability of decision-making and judgment.
8. Proven management experience.
