Responsibilities:

Project phase:

-As CDC project function leader to involve in CDC project as end user representative, major responsibility is provide end user request, involve in CDC project design phase, cooperate with global engineer and IT project manager to ensure the key deliverable meet project plan.

-Attend regular project review, highlight the key progress and risk to project steering committee.

BAU phase:

-Will be responsible for CDC(China distribution center) all domestic and export distribution activities, include finish pack and bulk built by Wuxi and TZ manufacture site, import finish pack from global AZ operation site.

-Arrange all distribution activity according to the sales order and internal distribution order , ensure to delivers the goods on time and with good quality.

-Supervise all CDC operation activity according to GMP/GSP/SHE and SOP requirement.

-Align with Finance RBU/ABU session to plan the distribution budget, control distribution cost and improve process efficiency.

-In charge of return goods control and management.

-Cooperate with quality and sourcing team to improve distribution quality performance, include reduce temperature excursion, transportation damage etc.

-Be responsible global and local forwarder management, Attend global or local forwarder performance BRM(Business review meeting) and regular tender renew process to drive forwarder cost and service optimization.

-Be responsible for CDC organization and people management, ensure to provide essential training and resource for support business growth.

-Be responsible for CDC site overall management , include cooperate with Facility, IT, Wuxi and TZ site to ensure smoothly BAU operation.

Requirement:

-At least more than 6 years distribution or logistic related experience in multinational company, prefer pharmaceutical industry background.

-At least 3 years team leaders experience, good quality control or GMP/GSP sense.

-Customer oriented thinking, good communication skill.

-Good forwarder management skill.

-Familiar with SAP and Warehouse management ERP system, prefer to has automotive high bay warehouse management experience.

-University diploma or above.

-Good command of PC and English, include oral and written.
