Responsibility

Supervise all production activity meet the requirement of GMP and company standards.

管理所负责工段生产事宜，保证生产符合GMP和公司标准的要求

Schedule detail production activity to ensure the production plan is fulfilled.

安排生产保证生产计划完成

Investigate and rectify deviation in responsible area

调查和矫正生产过程的偏差

Optimize process to keep production efficiency and result

优化生产流程，保证生产效率和结果

Check and release the BPR

复核和释放生产记录文件

Issue and update the relative SOPs to assure the effectiveness

颁发维护SOP,确保标准化生产的有效性

Supervise production document management

监督文件记录及管理

Perform Validation & Revalidation activity.

执行验证或再验证工作

Co-ordinate and support the maintenance and repair.

协调和支持设备的维护和维修

People line Management

人员现场管理

Manage the position training system to ensure people qualification meet the position requirement

负责员工岗位培训，确保员工符合岗位要求

People management and development

人员的管理和发展

Act as a SHE representative to identify and understand the SHE risk factors within the PET

识别掌握部门内的SHE风险

Review SHE issues and performance periodically

定期回顾SHE事件和绩效

Develop and carry out plans to address the key SHE issues in their area and follow up periodically

定期开展计划解决SHE方面的事件

Lead SHE training and communication within function

领导SHE相关培训和部门内交流

Requirement

Bachelor degree or above.

本科或以上学历

5 years of management working experience related pharmaceutical industry, and 3 years

5年以上制药行业经验，3年以上无菌粉针领域经验

Fluent English in both oral and written

Is flexible and skillful to meet requirement of the production model of 3shifts, 7days
