Job Description:
1. Maintenance of equipment in sterile production, including process equipment and clean utilities.
2. Timely and adequately recording all relative maintenance and repairing records.
3. Properly operate relative machines.
4. Submitting and implementing improvement proposal according to identified or potential machine problem.
5. Risk assessment for equipment, mitigation plan in place and make spare part plan and release purchase requirement.
6. Be responsible for SOPs or other maintenance related documents in relative area.

职位描述：

1． 无菌制剂设备及洁净介质系统的日常维护保养、维修和预防预测性维护及停产维修。

2． 及时准确地做好各类保养和维护记录。

3． 准确无误地操作相关设备。

4． 针对设备存在的问题,提出改进方案并实施。

5． 评估设备情况,做出风险评估；制订备件计划并定购。

6． 负责SOP及其他维修有关文件的制定及流程的维护。

Requirements:
1. Education and Discipline: University graduated with electrical engineering or automation control discipline or similar.
2. Technical capability:

- Experience of Siemens industrial control system application, diagnosis, trouble shooting and maintenance include Siemens HMI & SCADA system, PLC, process control system, industrial PC, industrial communication system;
- Ability of quick and logical control system analysis, trouble shooting, addressing proposal and implementation;
- Experience of PID control system commissioning and application;
- Ability of risk prediction, identification and mitigation.
3. Personality: integrity and honest, modest, diligent, hard working, proactive, accountable, ready to help others.
4. Communication: good oral and writing and summary skill.
5. English: be able to read English technical documents proficiently, fluent English in both oral and writing.
6. Others: experience of sterile equipment maintenance is preferred.

1． 专业要求：电气工程或自动化类专业本科及以上学历。

2． 专业能力：

- 具备西门子工业控制系统（HMI & SCADA系统、PLC、过程控制系统、工业PC、工业通讯）的应用、故障诊断、维护经验；

- 有PID控制系统应用、调试经验；

- 具备快速明晰的控制系统分析、故障判断和处理方案制定及实施能力；

- 具备风险预测、判别和控制能力。

3． 个人特质：为人正直、诚实，谦虚、勤奋好学、吃苦耐劳;工作积极主动，有高度责任感，乐于助人。

4． 交流能力：较好的口头和书面表达、汇总能力。

5． 英语能力：熟练阅读英语技术资料,具备英语表达和文件能力。

6． 其他：具备无菌设备维护经历者或在上述要求基础上有机械知识经验者优先考虑。
