Overview

1. Develop automated fiber optical components assembling machine

2. Develop automated or semi-automated fiber stub manufacturing machine

3. Develop lean cell for fiber connector assembling and splicing

Responsibility

1. Design automated assembling machine for single fiber stub, multi-fiber stub

2. Design automated or semi-automated lean cell for single fiber connector, multi-fiber connector splicing machine

3. Design, Develop, Implementation and Sustaining of fiber connector automation systems

4. Design semi-and fully- automated manufacturing machine that incorporate industrial robots, vision systems, hardware, and quality control measurement techniques.

5. Help Manufacturing Operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of their operation through the use of automation, robotics, and other efficiency measures that are more cost-effective and profitable.

6. Follow engineering design process and product release procedures to introduce automation system to plant

7. Provide technical support to manufacturing plant during pilot run and production start-up

8. Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems

9. Participate in new product development with others as a team player

10. Create mechanical drawing, specification, plan of the automation project

11. Communicate with vendor and verify vendor's automation design

Qualification

1. BS or higher degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2. Passed CET-6, very good English reading and writing scale

3. Familiar with Pro-E software to create 2D and 3D drawing

4. Graduated more than five years with strong practical ability better

5. Basic motion control related knowledge

6. Fiber optics termination experience is preferred

7. Open mind to discuss the issues & get a deal.

8. Self-Motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity

9. Positive work attitude and good communication skill and team spirit;

10. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese

11. Able to travel inside of China, 15% travel is minimal.
