职位描述

Primary Responsibility: 主要工作
1. Assist to set-up and maintain a market analysis for our product
协助市场分析；
2. Pass-on of all relevant information to salesmen. Closely follow-up of the salesmens activities with the purpose, to close an order or to collect more useful information
及时将市场信息传达至销售人员，提供有用信息；
3. Management of small customer presents客户礼品管理；
4. Assist to set-up and manage the reference database
协助建立和管理市场数据库；
5. Assist to set up an advertisement plan, including the selection of suitable journals and Newspapers as well as set up of the contents (advertisements and articles);
协助广告宣传，包括选择合适的报刊、杂志进行广告和文章投放；
6. Select, prepare and organize exhibitions and trade fairs;
负责展览会、交易会场地选择、筹备和组织工作；
7. Set-up and update all prints, e.g. reference procures, company brochures, etc.
编辑、更新所有印制品，例如，参考手册、公司宣传册等；
8. Set up PPT-Presentations for salesmen (include company presentations, technical presentations and presentations on our references, etc.);
为销售人员制订演讲式幻灯片（包括公司简介，产品技术介绍等）
9. Maintain the homepage of BWF Wuxi.
维护公司网页；
10. Compose business letters, reports and documents, and deal with business letters for GM in advance.
处理公函，报告、文件，并协助总经理信函过滤；
11. Schedule and arrange meetings and take minutes during meetings.
时间安排、会议安排及会议记录；
12. Partly jobs in sales and admin. Area
部分销售/及行政工作
13. Make reservations and travel arrangements for G.M.
总经理出差行程安排；
14. Provide translation/interpretation services
处理翻译工作；
15.Other tasks arranged by Manager.

任职要求

Requirement:要求
1. Bachelor graduate or above
本科或以上
2. Good command of both spoken and written English
英语口语、书写流利
3. At least 3 years working experience in a multinational company
3年以上跨国公司工作经验
4. Be good at Windows, MS Office
熟悉Windows及Office 软件
5. At least 2 years marketing experience
2年以上市场营销相关经验
