Key Responsibilities in detail
1 Work in partnership with customer to ensure the best quality service of application solution for customers.
2 Support customer prototype die cut part demand in the project earlier design stage, the laying the foundation for a smooth road ahead to Mass production
3 Provide onsite technical support to customer application; assist to solve any problem in time to ensure the good running of part application. Give the fit die cut part for purpose solutions.
4 Continuously to looking for solution for customer application demand to increase customer satisfaction.
5 Work with NPI engineer under the collected customer demand information on die cut parts to develop right process and right product to achieve customer expectation on die cut product demand.
6 Provide training to the personnel of customer to ensure with right application method on die cut product.
7 Drive new die cut parts qualification progress quickly on customer site, to ensure new die cut part can be approved by customer timely.
Job Requirements
1 University degree on engineering background and related.
2 Be familiar with FMEA's, SPC, DOE quality tools.
3 At least 3 yrs experience in a process or product application engineering role in the die cut industry
4 Be familiar with laser cut machine, die cutting machinery, process and design software(AutoCAD)
5 Good communication ability
6 Good English competency, both written and spoken.
7 Good team work requirement
