P&L responsability of reg BA

achieve operational targets to PDM, i.e

Sales & OR

Working Capital

Quality

Health and Safety

achieve personal targets to PDM, i.e.

business development

avoid customer savings

achieve material coverage

cascade PDM targets to level 3

manage and develope personell

liase with region, operation and support funct.

Requirements：

Bachelor or master degree

Proven management skills in either development, production or sales

Automotive industry background

English reuqired, other language desirable
