Overview: take responsibility for approximate $10~20million (varied by product lines) purchasing of external vender/partners products across Asia Pacific region. Be familiar with acceleration to increase low-cost-region procurement, projects migration, implementation of supply base consolidation & optimization and material VMI programs.

Responsibilities：
· Develop and implement regional sourcing strategy
· Manage supplier base through annual cost negotiation, new product development and project migration
· Collaborate with corresponding departments (PM , RDO, PJM) and counterparts in continuous improvement programs & efficiency enhancement projects in sourcing
· Prepare negotiation plans periodically for cost reduction, conduct cost analysis for mapping correct sourcing & resources optimization
· Support New Product Development (NPD) team for quotation process to identify best sourcing mix.
· Work closely with departments on strategic sourcing; prepare better projection for forthcoming business & production demand
· Develop VMI, improve supplier delivery & quality with other relevant team
· Work with supplier to improve productivity to align with strategic approaches
· Establish strong relationship with RDO to drive value engineering initiatives
· Provide timely procurement performance KPI reports to management
· Coordinate with supporting functions to resolve administrative/logistics/quality issues
Qualifications:
· Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Engineering/Mechanical or related discipline
· Minimum 3-5 years' experience in procurement or engineering area
· Minimum 2 years people management experience
· Solid business experience with molding, stamping and plating sourcing
· With experience in high volume procurement and manufacturing environments.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence the project team
· Results-oriented and process-driven, with exposure in driving operation excellence tools
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
