R&D Project Manager
工作内容：
The aim of the position is:
to be in charge of the competitive product integration with regard to time to market, costs of goods manufac-tured and quality during the entire product life cycle with technical and disciplinary responsibility for the pro-ject team.


Job description:

Leadership:
- Managing a project team during the life cycle of one project. The pro-ject team consists out of a core team, the project manager has techni-cal and disciplinary responsibility for, and project related persons from other departments without disciplinary responsibility.
- Planning the team resources and organizing/signing leave application.
- Reviewing the annual performance and deciding on the bonus pay-ment
- Performing the annual salary adjustments with the team members following the team target given by the R&D manager.

Project management:
- Elaborating conceptual alternatives based on methods as well as by systematically selecting/assessing the variants.
- Defining and agreeing the content of a project with related customers and pushing the starting of the project
- Managing the development of a product following the internal process landscape and reporting sysetms to ensure a product development re-garding time, cost, quality on project and product level

Communication:
- Coordination of product information with regard to the adjacent areas up to series maturity phase as well as coordination of product changes over the entire product life cycle.
- Exchange of information with the adjacent areas concerned as well as cooperation negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors in order to meet the cost, quality targets and targeted dates. Project processing in accordance with the valid Vaillant standards
- Solving any project disturbances in the given possibilities or highlight-ing it in to the next level
- Solving communication conflicts in the given possibilities or highlight-ing it to the next level
工作资格：
-University degree in electrical
- At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing company
- Know-how in the field of development methods
- Know-how in the field of project managements methods
- Know-how in the field of production process
- At least 3 years working experience as “Project leader”
- Good English language competence in word and speech
- SAP and MS Project experience is preferred
