职位描述1.From development stage to series production, make sure the process confirm to TBVC requirements, make sure the supplier parts to plant meet drawing spec
从新项目开发到批产，确保整个供应商零件的开发过程符合TBVC的流程，确保产品符合图纸要求
2.Attend Supplier kick off meeting, and finalize the babble drawing,gauge,inspection method for key characteristic and check list after serial production.
参加供应商启动会议，确认新项目零件气泡图、检具、关键特性的检验方法及量产后供应商的检验项目
3.Monitor the time nodes of new project to make sure new project go smoothly before TBVC submit OTS samples.
掌握项目时间节点，确保新项目在TBVC的OTS前顺利完成4.Send OTS samples to Lab ,check the full dimension report, material report and physical test report. Push supplier to improve when deviation found
送OTS样品并审查全尺寸和材料及物理性能检验报告，发现不合格时推动供应商改善
5.Approve supplier’s PPAP documents and keep the samples
供应商PPAP文件批准及样件保存
6.Work out incoming goods inspection specification
参与编制原材料进货检验规范
7.After serial production claim supplier when deviation found, create 8D and track the progress
量产后投诉供应商质量问题，发布并跟踪8D
8.Reprot to purchase manager about the weekly report and monthly report.Collect and notify supplier’s performance
向采购经理提交周报和月报，进行每月供应商绩效情况汇总并通报
9.Drive supplier’s continuous improvement.
推动供应商持续改进
岗位要求
1.Bachelor
本科以上
2.Min. 2 years automotive work experience as tier1 supplier on QE or SQE
2年以上汽车行业一级供应商QE或SQE工作经验
3.Familiar with 8d problem solving methodology
熟练运用8d的解决问题方法
4.Unerstanding of APQP process
熟练掌握APQP的流程
5.Mechanical design and manufacturing automation, drawing reading
机械设计制造及其自动化，熟悉图纸
6.English
