Major Responsibilities And Authority:
Follow the program development, design control,pilot run, MP ramp-up and other related procedures, as well as related work instructions and forms.

1. Establish, implement, and achieve overall program objectives, relating to program cost and profitability, quality and delivery time.
2. Responsible for build/shipment plan at each individual phase
3. Communicate with Galtronics global sites for codesign and production transfer..
4. Communicate with customer and respond to customer's requirement timely.
5. Coordinate material/fixture/document/engineering readines to meet customer schedule
6. Review BOM/drawings/specs and highlight to team potential risks..
7. Take corrective action for program issues, and ensure the meeting of commitments.
8. Manage the functional areas in activities related to meeting the program objectives.
9. Chair (or delegate as appropriate) all program meetings. Maintain records and communicate status/information as required
10. Familiar with APQP,PPAP Familiar with TS16949 standard
11. Familiar with ISO9001/14001 management system

Experience Required:
1. Manufacturing process awareness
2. Projects transfer plan making and achievement
3. Familiarity with, and ability to use, basic finance, statistical and quality measurement techniques and concepts

Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. Proficient English verbal and written ability
2. Proficient use of other languages (Korean, etc.) is preferred.
3. Familiarity with Windows-based software

Education:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in technical related field (engineering preferred)
2. Minimum 4 years experience in foreign-owned or managed manufacturing enterprise
