1、 分析公司现有的工业工程技术，推荐工作方法改进，以降低成本和时间，提高生产率和产量，提高产品的质量和一致性；
Analyze existing industrial engineering techniques and recommend improvement for working methods so as to minimize costs and time taken, increase yields and productivity, and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
2、 参与研究生产能力、确定最有效的生产程序和工作流程，推荐方法，最大化地利用生产设施和人员；
Participate in studies on production capacity and determination of the most efficient production procedure and workflow, and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
3、 协调卓越运营管理项目在生产部门的贯彻实施；
Coordinate implementation of operation excellence in production department.
4、 参与优化物料在生产环节的流转；
Participate in the optimization of material flow in the production process.
5、 为工业工程活动提供工程服务和建议，并按需出具相关报告；
Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities, and submit reports as request.
6、 支持技术部门持续改进生产工艺；
Support technical department to continuously improve production process.
7、 为相关人员进行必要的培训。
Implementation training for relevant employees.

任职要求

1、 教育水平：本科及以上Bachelor degree or above
2、 专业：工业工程或机械制造专业 Major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Manufacturing
3、 英语水平：熟练的书面、口语交流能力 Proficient English in both written and oral
4、 计算机能力：熟练使用各种办公软件 Skilled in office software
5、 培训经历：精益生产 Lean production
6、 所需工作经验、年限：3年以上机械制造行业工艺工程经验 Minimum 3 years of IE experience in mechanical manufacturing
7、 专业知识与技能：工业工程、精益生产 IE, lean production
8、 团队合作要求：良好的团队合作 Good team player
