1、 计划、安排和管理设备设施的建设、改造、预防性维护、检修和维修等活动；
Plan, schedule and manage maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, such as construction, infrastructure, preventive maintenance, overhaul and repairs etc..
2、 组织执行并持续改进设备设施维修、维护的流程和程序；
Execute and continuously improve programs and procedures for repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities
3、 管理、监控成本和效率、优化资源，实现各项活动的时效性、可靠性、经济性和安全性；
Monitor the cost and effectiveness, optimize resources and achieve timeliness, reliability, cost-down and safety.
4、 有效运用卓越运营理念和方法，持续提高维修质量和能力、尽可能减少停机时间；
Effectively utilize concept and approach of operation excellence to continuously improve maintenance quality and capabilities and decrease equipment downtime.
5、 有效管理外部承包商，督促其持续改进服务质量；监管承包商在本公司内的活动，确保安全施工、并遵守公司各项制度和流程；
Manage external contractors and push them to improve service quality Monitor contractors’ activities in company and ensure them to work in safety and comply with company’s rules and procedures.
6、 和生产、供应链管理、技术等相关部门紧密合作，有效协调各项设备设施的活动；
Work closely with production, supply chain management and technical department to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
7、 监管设备设施的工况；维护、保管好设备设施的台账；
Monitor work conditions for equipment and facilities; Maintain and keep the related historical records.
8、 监管维修用的工具、设备、材料和部件；
Monitor and manage tools, equipping, materials and spare parts for maintenance using.
9、 确保公司能源(供电、供水、供气等)正常运行；
Ensure the normal operation of company energy(power, water and gas).
10、 领导、指导、评估和发展团队成员，确保团队及时、安全并保质保量地完成各项工作。
Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop team members, making sure each task to be completed on-time, safely and with high quality and quantities.
